Future Cruise Credit will be awarded to member within 90 days. Future Cruise Credit will be funded in part by Our Vacation Center and from cruise line provider in which cruise was booked.
Future Agency Cruise Credit will be awarded to member within 90 days and must be used within 18 months. Future Agency Credit will be awarded by Our Vacation Center. Refunds will be processed within 90 days and will be credited to the original card used to complete booking.
The Future Cruise Credit and Agency Future Cruise Credits are estimates at this time and actual amounts may vary slightly based on finalized cancellation policies.
If Vacation Cash was used as a form of payment on the original booking, all Vacation Cash will be reinstated on your account in full.
If no action is taken by member within a 10 day timeframe to request refund, cruise will be cancelled and Future Cruise Credits issued.
